Per januari zijn Omroep ZWART en NPO Funx in Zandkasteel getrokken. Hiermee laat Zandkasteel haar veelzijdige mixed-use karakter optimaal tot uiting komen. Een jaar na opening zijn alle kantoren in Zandkasteel nagenoeg volledig verhuurd.
