Receptionist Zandkasteel Amsterdam (Community manager position can be found later in this article)
What do you do?
As a receptionist you are the first point of contact for our tenants and visitors. You welcome them with a smile and make them feel right at home. In addition to answering the phone and taking care of incoming and outgoing mail, you will be responsible for organizing events and preparing communications. The building you will be working in is brand new and offers numerous possibilities. You will work on the first two floors, where we offer offices, meeting rooms, flexible workstations and catering. As a receptionist you will have a lot of contact with tenants and guests. It is therefore important that you are enthusiastic, flexible and have good communication skills. But that's not all! We are also looking for someone who wants to grow and dares to take the initiative in setting up this new location. Here you can think of setting up access control systems, communication with tenants, solving the first "teething problems", etc. A great opportunity to further develop yourself and grow within our organization!

Skills
Education at least MBO-level
Fluent in Dutch and English
Preferably 1 year reception experience
Community Manager Zandkasteel Amsterdam
The role of the community manager is varied and challenging. We want the community manager to treat the building, all tenants and visitors as if it were their own business. The community manager picks up all daily activities to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. We empower the community manager to make their own decisions and completely unburden the tenants because their success is also our success.

Duties:
First point of contact for all tenants
Ensuring that common areas: business club, pantries and meeting rooms are always clean and tidy
Resolve minor facility issues
Coordinating maintenance requests
Managing cleaning
Complaint handling
Taking meeting room reservations, processing, sending out quotes
Doing tours (memberships & walk-ins)
Organizing Community Events (e.g. Easter, summer BBQ, Sinterklaas, Christmas breakfast, events around sports e.g. World Cup, Olympics, etc.)
Administration: Brivo, key registration, parking
Coordinator BHV
Skills
Education at least HBO-level
Fluent in Dutch and English
Preferably at least 3 years of reception/facility experience
